The Advanced Study of Canadian Law Relating to National and Border Security evening learning event provides an in-depth review of the Criminal Code, Anti-Terrorism Act, and the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act as they relate to national and border security – participation constitutes three (3) CPD credits. Meant as an interactive learning and networking activity, participants will work in small groups to discuss the many legal and social considerations relating to border and national security. Though completion of the CACLS’s Canadian Law Relating to National and Border Security course is not a prerequisite for this evening learning event, it is important to consider that the focus of this event builds on the knowledge typically gained during the CACLS six-hour course.

The course has at this time been cancelled. Check back soon for updates on when it is happening again!
